Boy Hospitalized After Tapeworm Enters Brain! 
SYLMAR, Calif. -- A 10 year old boy suffered a seizure after a tapeworm got into his brain. The boy was in critical condition Friday night at Children's hospital in Los Angeles, where he was breathing with help from a ventilator.

This story may shock you. I was shocked. Horrified. It won't take but a few minutes to read. What you learn will last a lifetime. It all started when I stumbled across an ABC News cast, dated April 11/2001. It read;
"What sounds like science fiction was all too real for Dawn Becerra, who found a parasitic worm lodged in her brain"...(ABC/April 11/2001)
The article said she had to be awake during surgery. Horrified, I went looking to find out if this was true. I found news photos of Ms. Becerra after surgery. News coverage. Interviews. It was real. What's worse, I discovered more. Much, much more.
- McALLEN - Doctors in South Texas say they're seeing more cases of a parasite that burrows into the human brain, sometimes resulting in seizures or even death. I couldn't get my mind off the little boy. Can you imagine the fear when he started having seizures? Who would think of a parasite? Or Ms. Becerra, wide awake while doctors operated on her brain. Can you say FEAR?
According to the Center for Disease Control, every parasite known to man has been found in the United States.
