Instructions For Use
Colon Cleanser:
Take 2-3 Colon Cleanser capsules, with a glass of water, right before or after dinner. First thing the next morning, drink another glass of water. You should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of matter you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you don't see results, increase dosage. If your stools become too loose, decrease as needed. Note; Room temperature water is best. Ice water shocks your kidneys! Try adding a bit of lemon or citrus for a great, fresh taste.
Lollipops:
Drink a glass of water before you have a lollipop and another glass of water after. The citrimax in the lollipops helps break down fat and sugar, and the water is necessary to help flush it out of your body. (Our Colon Cleanse helps with that, too) Use lollipops before a meal to reduce the amount that you eat, or use them between meals when you would normally get hungry!
